Establish IHI as a credible Somali think tank

Key Activities (Year 1)
Launch the IHI website & knowledge portal. Produce a quarterly “Insight Somalia Policy Review” Research fellowship program for young Somalis. Partnerships with universities, ministries, and think tanks.

Expected Outcomes
IHI is recognized as an independent Somali think tank, a dissemination platform for research, a pipeline of young researchers, and active institutional partnerships.
